About the project
Cargo Buddy was a comprehensive logistics platform serving individuals and businesses across Romania. It offered parcel delivery, freight forwarding, and express shipping — all accessible through a simple interface where users could request quotes, track shipments, and manage operations in one place.
Beyond delivery services, Cargo Buddy operated as a transport marketplace where logistics companies could bid on contracts, access guaranteed work, and receive fast payments.
Our solutions
We built a complex web platform and mobile app, both powered by a well-documented internal API. The administration module enabled the Cargo Buddy team to manage hundreds of daily orders while staying in contact with senders and transporters simultaneously.
The platform integrated billing services, payment processors, and geolocation solutions into a unified system. We used modern web and mobile technologies to ensure security, performance, and reliability at every layer of the stack.
