About the project
Summer Well is one of Romania's most beloved music and arts festivals, drawing tens of thousands of attendees each year. The event showcases a diverse lineup of international and local artists, and the digital experience needs to match the energy of the festival itself.
From lineup announcements and ticket sales to venue logistics and on-site services, every piece of the festival's digital presence has to work flawlessly — especially under peak traffic.
Our solutions
We built and maintained the festival website and mobile app, including a ticketing system and online shopping cart engineered to handle thousands of simultaneous purchases without breaking a sweat. The mobile app also features a top-up solution and bracelet management system designed for the massive influx of festival-goers on site.
Over the years, we have also provided consulting on payment solutions, process optimization, and digital strategy — helping the Summer Well team deliver a seamless experience from the first ticket sale to the last encore.
