Ploiesti.ro is the official digital portal of Ploiești City Hall, serving over 200,000 residents. The platform provides citizens with easy access to local government information, public documents, news updates and online tax payments.
The website acts as the primary communication channel between the municipality and its citizens, replacing a legacy system that no longer met modern accessibility and usability standards.
Our solutions
We built and maintained a custom WordPress platform with a search-first design that helps citizens find the information they need quickly. The site features a citizen portal, integrated document management, multilingual support and full accessibility compliance.
The platform is optimized for performance and security, meeting the strict requirements of a government institution while remaining intuitive for citizens of all ages and technical backgrounds.
